Christian Counselling

You are welcome here.

Where is God in my suffering? What does the Bible say about mental health? Can mental health services and faith go together? If you are asking some of these questions, you might be interested in exploring therapy through a spiritual lens. For some people, having a therapist that both recognizes and understands that we are both physical and spiritual beings is important. From this perspective, the issues we face are not only physical issues but have a spiritual influence as well.

How We Can Help

Our intake method incorporates exploring what spirituality means to each person. We take a look at how your understanding of yourself as a created being impacts how you are navigating both the ups and downs of life. While our team specializes in offering therapy from a Christian-faith perspective, we are ready to explore what your faith means to you. Throughout this process, your therapist will walk alongside you, encourage you in your faith-walk, remind you of your worth and value, and provide timely and thoughtful challenges to any disruptive ways of thinking. Regardless of where you are at in your spiritual journey, our therapists will be ready to meet you there.
