Marriage & Couples Therapy

You are welcome here.

Have you been feeling like something might be missing in your relationship or marriage? Perhaps you’re looking to rebuild a sense of connection you once had. Perhaps you’re going through a crisis and are noticing the effects on your relationship. Maybe you’ve experienced infidelity and you’re feeling lost about what to do next. Or perhaps you want to learn more about what makes a relationship healthy and build skills to prepare for a life together. Wherever you are in your relationship or marriage, our therapists are here to walk with you towards building (or rebuilding) and strengthening that important intimate connection and towards reaching your goals as a couple.

How We Can Help

Couples counselling is a collaborative process that involves commitment and effort from both partners, and we believe it is important that both members of a couple have a voice and feel heard and valued. Our goal is to create an environment that is safe, honest, and non-judgemental in which to explore your goals, desires, and concerns. We understand that everyone’s relationship is different, so we use an evidence-based customizable approach based on the Gottman Method to help you understand patterns in your relationship, identify barriers in your connection, identify areas of improvement, and build practical skills to both resolve past issues and prevent new ones. We believe in the importance of strong relationships, and we’re glad you’re here. We offer in-person or virtual couples therapy sessions.
